Location: Ideally situated just a short stroll from Andersons Meadow, Marriotts Way, Wensum Park and Waterloo Park, this terrace house is only 10–15 minutes’ walk from Norwich city centre. Permit parking is available on the road, and there’s a bus stop at the end of the street for easy commuting.

The Room & House: Enjoy a large double bedroom featuring a big window and plenty of natural light. The house is calm and quiet, shared with a friendly cat. All living spaces — lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden — are communal and well-maintained.

About Me: You’ll be sharing with a queer-friendly male in his 40s, former therapist now working as a gardener. Creative and friendly, I value a peaceful yet welcoming home environment.

Who I’m Looking For: I’m searching for someone who shares my values—open, friendly, kind, and welcoming to people from all backgrounds and identities — who appreciates their own space and quiet, but is also interested in being involved in how we share the home. Ideally, you’ll enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal, and are happy to help look after our shared space.

Financials: £600 per month, inclusive of all bills. Subscription access to Disney+, Prime and TV license are also included. Council tax band B.

Deposit: one month’s rent.

The room is also available as a Monday to Friday let, at £475 per month. This would suit a professional working in Norwich during the week, or someone based at UEA, Norwich University of the Arts, or another local institution who needs a relaxed weekday home.
