Spacious Double bedroom with WC en-suite

we’re two mature female students looking for preferably another student to come and live with us.
Our house is welcoming and cosy. We love being social and catching up, but we also treat our home as a safe space to recharge and respect each other's boundaries. Our weeks are pretty busy as we are both in full-time education and work over the weekend. Outside of work and study, we love exploring on long walks and cooking nice food or going to the pub !

we live in NR2 on College road, just off Unthank road, with direct bus routes to either uea, city centre, the hospital, and the train station.

Uea and Nua are only around 30 minute walks from us too:)

The area is nice and safe with family and students all around.

The bedroom is furnished but if you have your own furniture there is a big garage in the garden that we use as a storage.

We are both mature students, so another student living with us would mean the whole house would be council tax exempt:)

We pay around £50-70 in bills each at the moment (monthly)

Prior to the moving in date, we are available for a house viewing:)

All tenants have to provide a guarantor, proof of liable income via bank statements, proof of previous address, and reference.
Everything will be outlined and communicated prior tenancy agreement.
