Council Tax Band A (Myself and the other flatmate are students and thus exempt from council tax)
We're ideally looking for a feminine presenting student to join us in the flat. City centre location but nice and tucked away (can barely hear the road in the flat).
5 minute walk to most NUA buildings.
Room itself is a small double, rent includes water and wifi, electiricty usually comes to around £30-50 per month each.
We're both gamers and like to have group gaming/movie/food nights in the living room when we can.
Room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and chair, and a small double bed.
Living room is a shared kitchen and living room combo. We have a microwave, a small kitchen counter dishwasher, oven, kettle, and 2 fridge freezers.
