Hi! We're three UEA students looking for a housemate to move in asap! It's a four bedroom house but our fourth housemate never moved in. The room available is upstairs, with a double bed, desk, chair, and plenty of built in wardrobe space.
Rent is £577.64 /person /month including bills.
It's a lovely house, fully furnished, good kitchen, big garden, washing machine and dishwasher, two toilets and one shower. So far the agent has been pretty good, responsive and relatively quick to fix things. We're very close to UEA, only a ten minute walk to campus and right by the 21 bus stop to get into the city. ALDI and Tesco (plus a chippy etc) are all in an easy walkable distance.
All three of us are friendly and communicative non-binary HUM students.
