my housemate is moving out so i need someone to take over her room! you’d be sharing with me and my 2 super friendly cats.
its an apartment on st benedict’s street NR2, it’s 2 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen and one bathroom with a bath/shower and access to an outside courtyard area. its fully furnished so the room comes with a double bed and wardrobe, sofa, all appliances etc. rent is £450 a month, council tax £90 each, bills roughly £70/100 each a month and deposit is £500. i can send photos of the room :)
