The house has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs. The lounge/dining area includes: cream leather sofa, chest of draws, bookshelf, dining table with four chairs. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. it is also fully equipped with crockery, plates, cutlery, glassware, pans etc..

The property comes with a designated car parking space and secure bike shed. The house benefits from a south facing garden.
