Large double upstairs room available from Sunday 15th January (the day before uni term starts on Monday 16th)

Please note all bills are included in the rent and we make it a priority for all to be warm and comfortable in the house - we do not spare on the heating! Tenancy is flexible and can be for as long as you need.

Room overlooks a beautiful long garden with parkland behind, and is west facing with a large window giving you afternoon sunshine and lovely sunset view (see photo). There is a large storage cupboard, large wardrobe, shelves and a very large desk (perfect for work or studying) and chair in the room. All bills are included. Living with one male and two females, we're a mixture of students and professionals - mainly students. It's a 4 bedroom house, with a spectacular 80m long garden (locked at night with bike shelter). Also, two bathrooms (1 with shower) and a large, comfortable and well equipped kitchen / living area complete with dining tables and sofas. We have wireless broadband and cable TV with on demand. In Golden Triangle area, within easy access of local supermarkets and city centre, on several bus routes, nice local pubs :) More photos available on request.
