Edit: the photo showing the large upstairs double bedroom is the one with a stripey blanket on the bed. The one showing the smaller one now with a cabin sized double in it, is the one with an orange bed cover.

Edit 2: I've only just put the ad up using some old photos. The bedroom has been redecorated now, downstairs kitchen is looking a lot nicer, garden is a lot better maintained. Watch this space for some more up-to-date photos!

We're on Nelson Street halfway between the Nelson and Fat Cat pubs (and famous Lupa Pizza restaurant which famously charges £100 for a Hawaiian ham and pineapple pizza!) And there is a lovely cafe by the Nelson now too called Revive, based at the Alive Church on the corner. Our local Thai take away on Dereham Rd at the bottom of Nelson Street (Take Thai) is divine, and I thoroughly recommend the pad Thai noodles with tofu, not too much spice and egg.

It is a very chilled place to live. We have a beautiful west-facing 80m long garden 🌳🌻🌷🌼🌱🌿 with a greenhouse and bike shelter, which really comes into its own during the spring and summer months. Myself and the other tenant is super-friendly, so we'll be sure to make you feel very welcome 😊

Large double upstairs room available from now onwards. The smaller double upstairs room available might take a day or so extra of preparation as it's not quite ready but you're welcome to have a look! We would hope both chosen candidates would be living there (or at least paying rent!) from Tues 1st September onwards

However we would consider people wanting to come at a later date and start the tenancy from them, like 15th September for example. We would obviously want to take the deposit as soon as possible though, and rent would need to be paid in advance.

Please note all bills are included in the rent and we make it a priority for all to be warm and comfortable in the house - we do not spare on the heating! Tenancy is flexible and can be for as long as you need.

Room 1 overlooks a beautiful long garden with parkland behind, and is west facing with a large window giving you afternoon sunshine and lovely sunset view (see photo). 🌄 There is a large storage cupboard, large wardrobe, shelves and a very large desk (perfect for work or studying) and chair in the room.

Room 2 is like Room 1 but is a bit smaller. To make space it now has a double sized cabin bed (so there is plenty of floor space underneath where you can set up a desk, drawers, even just have a load of beanbags and set up a little mini-cinema!) So the possibilities are endless lol. So when you're lying on this cabin bed now, omg the sunset views are amazing, and I am very jealous of whoever takes this room lol

All bills are included. Living with one male and one female, we're a mixture of a student and a professional, but it does have the atmosphere of a clean, tidy, relatively quiet but friendly student house.

It's a 4 bedroom house, with a spectacular 80m long garden (locked at night with bike shelter). Also, two bathrooms (1 with shower) and a large, comfortable and well equipped kitchen / living area complete with dining table and sofas. We have WiFi and cable TV with mulitiple channels and series you can watch on demand or catch up. In Golden Triangle NR2 area, within easy access of local supermarkets and city centre, several bus routes at end of road (roughly one to city centre every 5 mins, also possible to catch ones direct to hospital and university), nice local pubs 🙂 More photos available on request. Two visiting cats and one resident cat! 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈 :3 (no no more cats can be tolerated sadly, we've reached the limit!)
