We only rent to single postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. There are no tenant fees and no deposit. Only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the contract. We do require a guarantor.

Bedrooms 1,2&4 are available in this property for the upcoming academic year with contracts beginning on 12th September. Bedroom 3 is taken by a male student doing a PhD.

Together with the four bedrooms there is a shared living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom with separate toilet and a sun-trap, private back garden.

We also have properties on Rydal Close, Cunningham Road, Leng Crescent and Chestnut Hill - all for postgraduate students only.

We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
