Sharing the home with the owner (me), you'd have your own bathroom, plus use of dining room, kitchen (inc washing machine) and sunny garden.
All bills included (inc council tax and WiFi).
Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and bedding provided.
The house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk to the city centre, bus station and Sainsbury's. There is on-street parking (you'd just need to get a permit from the Council).
Due to current fuel costs, I don't heat the house 9-5 during weekdays, so please only get in touch if you don't work from home. (I work from an NHS base Mon-Fri).
I'm friendly, tidy and easy-going, and seeking a similar housemate. I've had a lot of happy lodgers feel at home here for over 15 years!
