The room is currently available immediately, up until 23 April, and then again from 1 August onwards.

Spacious two-bedroom flat in a central location just behind Norwich Cathedral (Council Tax Band B). The flat is about 12 minutes walk to the train station. It is is peaceful and clean and has a lovely outlook onto birch trees and a cityscape that includes Norwich Cathedral spire.

I prefer short term lets of 3-6 months, but would consider both shorter and longer periods. I'm also open to Monday to Friday lets.

The room is large enough to relax in, with a chair and desk, and armchair. Wi-Fi, free car parking and laundry facilities are all available. Utility bills and Council Tax are included in the rent.

You would have use of a clean and tidy bathroom with a good power shower, shared with one other (i. e. me). There's a kitchenette in the room with toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave and shared access to kitchen and dining area.

A little bit about me...

I'm into meditation, compassion and simple living. I'm a 'pescetarian' (fish-eating vegetarian) and like to buy food that is good for me and good for the earth.

I love music and literature, and have a BA in English Literature & Creative Writing (poetry). I like dancing, particularly a form of improvised movement known as 5Rhythms. What else? I'm not much into TV (in fact I don't own one), though I do watch the odd film on Netflix. I like sharing food and conversation with friends, or at other times I enjoy stillness and silence, or a good book.

I have worked in the not-for-profit sector in various roles most of my life and I'm currently working as a charity director and a group facilitator.
