£460 per calendar month - Upstairs room (from mid -JULY)
£460 per calendar month - Upstairs room (from 1st JULY)
(Council Tax band A; but students are exempt).

The house is well situated, within 20-25 mins walk from UEA Campus, and very close to ALDI Supermarket.
There is plenty of parking in the close.

There is a shared Kitchen, Utility room, Downstairs Toilet, Living Room with door to the garden and Upstairs Bathroom with toilet and Electric shower. There is a small garden with a shed suitable for storing bikes.

During application process:-
Photo ID will be requested.
