This Victorian terrace is a lovely house and has nice period features such as fireplaces and stripped wooden floors. It is 7 mins walk to the train station and supermarkets and 15mins in to the city centre.

The kitchen diner is a large area that opens onto an enclosed outside space with lockable undercover storage for bikes. The sitting room is a generous size and there are 3 double bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The house is warm all year round and has underfloor heating in kitchen/diner. There are 2 shower rooms with toilet and sink, 1 on each level.

ALL bills are included. You pay nothing more than the rent! This includes fast wireless internet.

The house is mixed sex with 1 female and 2 males currently. The house has a nice relaxed atmosphere and kept tidy. The tenants are professional people aged 24- 30. I am keen to find someone that is a professional and respects the other tenants and the house.

There is an on road permit parking permit available.

The room is dowstairs at the back of the house, is fully furnished, double glazed, has a radiator, plenty of electric sockets and an TV aerial socket. Please note that the photo was taken before the double bed was delivered.
