This Victorian terraced house is very close to the city centre and just a 5 min walk to the train station. The property is well maintained has period features such as fireplaces and stripped wooden floors.

The kitchen diner is a large area that opens on to an enclosed secure patio areas that has lockable storage for bikes. The sitting room is a generous size and there are 3 double bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The house has double glazed windows and loft well insulated so is warm all year round. There are 2 shower rooms with toilet and sink, 1 on each level.

ALL bills are included. You pay nothing more than the rent! This includes wireless internet. (Virgin 100MB Fibre)
There is currently 3 female professionals aged 22 to 27. They are all super friendly and welcoming.

The room is a good size, upstairs at the back of the house. It is fully furnished and has a double bed. It is available Feb 27th. I hope to find someone ideally age 21 - 40 male or female.

There is a damage deposit of one months rent which will be held in a government protection scheme. The house complies with all gas and electrical safety checks and is well maintained.

Short stay and visitors parking permits available but this property would suit somebody without a car as there is no permanent parking availabile.
