The bedroom is a large double with a very comfortable mattress and topper. It is beamed with a large wardrobe with both hanging space and shelves. Matching bed side table and desk and chair also provided. Room also comes with all bedlinen including duvet, pillows, towels etc.

The ensuite bathroom is tiled in white and blue tiles to high standard and consists of a shower, sink and toilet with radiator and clothes bin.

Cleaning and bed linen washing included monthly. £138 per week. (£600 a calendar month).

For outside space you have full access to the top lawn. Table and chairs can be provided. The bedroom windows look out over the top garden and the room is light and airy. Plenty of parking in large drive. All bills and wifi internet access are included.

3 miles from Norfolk and Norwich hospital (8 mins by car and on bus route) 6 miles to Norwich (13 mins in car and on bus route). 3.5 miles to Wymondham (Police and fire station headquarters) and 7 miles to Lotus Cars in Hethel.

We are 2 friendly professionals living in a very large, modern barn conversion. (one is Mon-Friday only) An ideal flatmate would be a professional who wants to be close to the Research Park/hospital or who works in Norwich or Wymondham.
