Double Bedroom with En-suite bills included

A large double bedroom with en suite in a spacious family home. I’m a single mum with two school aged children looking to rent out our spare room to a working professional ideally on week days only.
My children are 7 (boy) and 10 (girl) and they will be out of the house all week at school. They are very sociable but also enjoy their own space and company. The boy loves cars and dinosaurs and the girl loves Lego and reading. They have a separate playroom and space in each of their bedrooms to play away from the main living room. We keep this as a grown up space to hang out with family, watch tv or stories mainly.
We are a tidy household and clean up as we go along not leaving mess lying around. I would expect any lodger to do the same and maintain their en-suite (or a regular clean for a small fee). The children have a good routine and are in bed around 7pm and not up before 7am. This is then my time to relax and watch a movie, see friends with a glass of wine and chill out.
The kitchen comes with loads of storage space, American fridge freezer, double oven and dishwasher. I enjoy baking when time allows. I have a separate utility room with the washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is space on my drive to park a car and the garden has a lawn and patio area to relax in.
