Double bedroom available in new build estate.

The room is also available as a twin room if preferred or with a single bed to allow for more space.

We have a detached house on a quiet road. We have a double bedroom available for rent. The family bathroom will be mostly allocated to a tenant but we may use it for a bath sporadically.

We are both teachers so don't tend to do late nights during the week. We have two Shih Tzus Oscar and Daisy who love attention or just someone to sit beside as well as enjoying their own space.

We're quite chilled out, most evenings we have dinner, take the dogs for a short walk and watch some TV.

Our Internet is amazing with 1GB download speed so great if anyone needs to work from home.

The bedroom has a 32" smart tv with a Google chrome cast. We can put extra clothes storage in the room.

There is off road parking we will share, probably only suitable for a standard size car, some garage space available and all other general amenities like washing machine and dryer being available.

Dogs may be considered if they get on well with other dogs.
We do smoke but only outside.

Grace is Irish and is always up for a cup of tea and a chat. Adam is a bit more reserved at first.
