Room with plenty of storage

Share a calm and peaceful house in Rickinghall village, which has amenities of a small supermarket, two pubs, cafe, two takeaways, hairdressers, GP practice etc. Also, there’s plenty of on street parking, regular buses to Diss and Bury St Edmunds, and loads of walking/cycle routes around the villages here and nearby.

There are four rooms downstairs including the bathroom with shower, a very light bathed and recently renovated kitchen with large table, cosy lounge with log burner and front door and then lastly the utility with back door, sink and plenty of cupboard space.
First floor is the bedroom available which has a sink, an open clothes hanging space and storage shelf, two sets of drawers and a bookshelf (there is also room for a desk if wanted). Also on this floor is a separate toilet, my bedroom and study.
Second floor is an attic space and guest bedroom.

A cleaner comes every 2-3 weeks as part of the rent to clean communal areas. Ongoing cleaning is shared.

Outside the house is a wild garden with soft fruit bushes, fruit trees and seating area, and long run clothes line.

Sharing the house with just myself, I am a female professional over 50 I work full-time partly working from home. I am eco friendly and into keeping healthy and active. I have broad interests especially music, exercise, the arts, and football.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, calm and easy going.

Short term lets considered for £195 per week.
