Flat in Rocklands (most utilities included)

We’re looking for a new tenant for our self-contained flat in Rocklands. We live in the adjoining house.

The rent includes all bills except electricity, which will be charged separately based on the meter reading.

The flat comprises:

An open-plan living room and kitchen
A double bedroom
A bathroom with a washing machine
Parking for one car
Access to a large garden

The flat is partly furnished. It includes a bed frame, chest of drawers and wardrobe in the bedroom, a sofa in the living room, and a washing machine in the bathroom. Tenants will need to provide their own mattress and any other furniture, appliances or household items they require.

Pets and smokers will be considered.

A TV licence is not included. Tenants will need to purchase their own licence if required.
