Coltishall & Wroxham in the other direction . Beautiful river walks at Coltishall . Wroxham is the hub of The Norfolk Broads offering so much , and not forgetting Roys Department Store / Food Hall for all your shopping needs and not forgetting McDonalds .

The vibrant city of Norwich is within easy reach (11 miles) offering a wealth of cultural attractions , shopping centres and dining experiences .

I look after my elderly mother on a Wednesday & Sunday at her home a few miles .

I am seeking a WORKING PERSON ONLY who is friendly , presentable , respectful and very tidy minded . It is very important that we can become friends in order for this to work as this is a small house and we will be sharing spaces . Any Visitors on my approval ONLY . You must like dogs as i have a small rescue Podenco who means the world to me , and this is of course her safe home .

No overnight stays by anyone else .
No visitors without my consent .
No drilling into any walls .
No decorating .
No Smoking INDOORS .
No couples .

Please Note :
This is a 5 month MINIMUM stay tenancy and a £200 Fee is applicable if departure is within the 5 months and taken from your deposit .
Rent paid on the 1st of Each Month note .
