I look after my elderly mother on a Wednesday & Sunday at her home .

Roller blind , pink velvet curtains and a generous size walk in storage cupboard . A 24 " colour television 📺 with remote , 3 drawer oak chest of drawers , floor standing oak mirror , bedside table with lamp & digital radio . The Bedroom has ALL NEW bedding (pillows , mattress protector and ONE set of duvet covers) .

Decent sized kitchen , including all facilities - microwave , toaster and gas hob . Bosch washing machine and Bosch fan oven . Small dining table & 2 chairs . There will be designated spaces for you in the kitchen for your (dried goods) foods and of course a shelf in the fridge for you . Your own personal crockery & cutlery for you .

A small rear south facing garden with linen line and garden furniture available to you for smoking , reading etc should you wish . 2 secure external doors .
There is a strict NO SMOKING 🚭 INDOORS policy .

I am seeking a working (professional preferably) who is friendly , responsible , very neat and tidy , a good communicator and above all
trustworthy . You must like dogs as i have a small rescue Podenco who means the world to me and this is of course her home too .

If you wish to share a meal with me , there will be an agreed contribution by yourself depending on choice of menu .

NO :
Night Shift Workers , 'Friends' staying/sleeping over , Decorating ANY part of the house or Drilling into ANY interior walls .

Rent is £150 per week (£650 a calendar month - payable on the 1st of every month (one months rent upfront on moving in) . 6 months minimum stay preferably . All Bills included , which does include your bedroom hoovered once a week and bedding changed and washed every TWO weeks . But this is your choice should you wish to do this .
The condenser tumble dryer is available (as an 'extra') - to you at £2 cash per load .
