Double furnished room with ensuite private bathroom to rent for single person.
If you are clean and tidy and looking for peace and quiet but not located too far from town and a train station this is for you.
I have a dog, so cannot accept other pets.
Bills are included but there is no TV license so if you wanted to watch TV you would need to provide your own.
There is a large garden but mostly given over to wildlife so that part is not accessible.
Ideally someone who is out at work during the week as I wfh so need privacy.
WiFi is fibre broadband. Washing machine but no drier.
Parking is available.
