Room available in a lovely modern house - all in

I am looking at renting a room in my spacious semi-detached house. It has a large modern kitchen diner with bifold doors into a mature, leafy, and sunny garden.

Prior housemate has just bought his first house.

I live with my uber-friendly, unhinged and very loving 5-year Cocker Spaniel.

It is a double room and presently has a bed and chest of drawers (IKEA Malm, white).

I work from home and have a dedicated office in the house.

There is off-road parking at the top of the drive which would be your dedicated parking space where needed.

I am friendly and sociable and it is important to me to get the right person to share the house with me and my little pal. Renting the room is a choice, not a necessity.

I am prepared to consider Mon-Fri lets.
