2 double rooms to rent in a shared house

I have 2 double bedrooms, (with TVs and Netflix inc), to rent in my 3 bedroom bungalow.
1st room 12' x 10' with additional chair and small table '.
2nd room 12' x 9' newly refurbished with triple door wardrobe and 2 draws, 4 draw chest and side table.
I am looking for 2 professionals only, not couples.
My office will not be available. I will be away travelling, be in touch for more information.

Cosy, quirky lounge with 65" TV with Netflix and fast cable broadband 1Tb.
A fully kitted out kitchen, breakfast bar, washing machine, fridge freezer, espresso machine, gas cooker, elec oven, airfryer, toaster etc.
Bathroom with seperate power shower, toilet, bath. Nest controlled central heating.

It's a relaxed non smoking house with a cat that occasional eats, but doesn't live on the property, with off street parking and a garden not overlooked with decking, Bbq, outdoor furniture and hammock. An outside covered gym/yoga area at the top of the garden. South facing gets the sun all day.

In a quiet suburban location 5 mins to bus stop and 15 mins to city by bus, close to beryl bikes and scooters and supermarkets. 10 minutes to Mousehold heath for lovely woodland walks. 30 min drive to a beautiful beach - Sea Palling.

I am a freelance graphic designer working from home and in the city.
