We have a double room available to rent in our family home.

The room available is on the ground floor, all the family bedrooms are upstairs. You will have your own private shower room, very close to your room but not en-suite. Both bedroom and showroom are freshly decorated/new. There is also a large sitting room next to the bedroom with a wood burner which can either be shared with us or possibly made available as a private additional room for yourself (with an increase rent amount). More than happy to discuss this once you’ve had a chance to view the house.

The rest of the ground floor includes a shared open plan kitchen/dining/family room and a private study/additional family room. Also shared boot room, utility room and shared downstairs loo.

There is plenty off road parking in the driveway.

At the back of the house there’s a patio area and grass garden, with lovely open county views. We also have 2 very friendly pet goats, who live in a separate fenced run.

We’re a family of 4. Mum and 3 daughters (13,18,20). The eldest daughter doesn’t live at home but stays for visits and 18 year old is taking a gap before uni with plans to travel. This means that much of the time it will just be me and my youngest daughter. We also have 2 cats and 2 indoor rabbits.

Our house is very sociable and we would like to find the right person to join living with us. We’d love to find a tenant who will enjoy being part of our slightly nuts but very happy household.

We live in the middle of the village. Around 10/15 mins drive from both the city centre & hospital. Good access y too A47/A11. There’s a bus stop just outside the house on a route into Norwich, although the location is probably better suited to a car owner. We have a good village shop as well as being close enough to the city to get Deliveroo/Uber deliveries if wanted.
