Ideal for those, house hunting or working temporarily in the region. Bedroom has king-sized bed, adjacent bathroom (bath and shower), small well-equipped kitchen/diner, and own private garden with outside table & chairs+ barbecue. Off-road parking. Public transport also nearby in the form of a bus/ Sanders No 54) and North Walsham train station.

Self-contained and independent entrance with small private garden. Sitting room shared with owner and one other occasional resident. Exclusive access to sitting room by arrangement and with notice (two comfortable sofas and wood burning stove). Ideal for those wanting their own space and who genuinely wish to live in a rural location.
Owners resident in garden flat annex of farmhouse (separate entrance but same building).. Please note there are 3 cats at the property but they are confined to owner’s accommodation.
