All bills are included and we have high speed fibre optic Internet. The room come fully furnished and we hold an HMO license approved by the Breckland council which are now compulsory throughout Thetford.

We have very good tenants as we do thorough reference checks before we take anyone in and therefore our tenants stay with us for years knowing they have the best house and landlord in town! We provide written contracts and are members of all the regulatory bodies. We don't cut corners like other landlords when it comes to your comfort and health and safety.

We have our own staff to look after our portfolio instead of Agents, and therefore we provide excellent service 24/7. We have our own maintenance team too who provide exceptional services to our Tenants during their stay with us.
