3-bedroom house – room(s) to rent

I have two rooms available to rent in my house:
🏠 Double room – £600/month
Spacious double room with a king-size bed
Ready to move in
🛏️ Single room – £500/month
Currently has a child’s bed
I can buy a different bed if required, or the existing bed can stay if you’re happy with it
There is also a third, smaller room, which I’m planning to keep for myself. However, I’m open to discussing different arrangements if someone has a reasonable proposal.
The house hasn’t been lived in for around 4 months, so the garden needs some attention. I’m happy to help get it back into shape.
I’m also planning to buy a TV for the sitting room, as there currently isn’t one, along with a few other small things if needed.
I’m looking for tidy, respectful and responsible people who will look after the house and keep things clean.
