Off road parking is offered, any other guests would be parked on the road, Front entrance rather than rear access to be used at all times, this is a terraced property and we mutually respect each others property so try and use the front access at all times please.

A FEW SIMPLE LIVING RULE
Your room is your own private space, but I expect to find my home/all communal areas as I have left them. Do not leave empty food plates in your room as these can smell, please wash up and put away your own dishes. Shower, toilets and hand basins to be left as you find them so please keep clean.
