Room in idyllic small holding

One bedroom and an adjacent private living room is available to rent in detached cottage. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. It is located in a rural village location and the rooms have stunning countryside views. The house is located within 3 acres of gardens, paddocks and orchards. I am looking for someone who is a keen gardener and is willing to contribute to the upkeep of the gardens. There is a vegetable garden, polytunnel and two ponies. The house is currently occupied by myself (retired man), but other family members including my wife come and go regularly. The rooms show signs of wear and tear. We are looking for a person who is relaxed and easy going.
