Downstairs is a modern and clean shower room, clean kitchen, and both facilities are available to use. Space available in fridge, freezer and cupboards for own food.

~ Town centre in walking distance also {10\15 minutes}
~ The local area is very quiet
~ Occupant can use the garden.
~ The room & bedding will be cleaned weekly. No towels supplied.
~ I am quite easy going, but appreciate a clean and tidy guest.
~ off road parking with private driveway.
