Room Available on Working Farm in Farm House

This is a double room available in the farm house on our working farm. We're a livestock farm with tourism running alongside. This would suit someone who is working in the day time, either flexible working or mostly working at place of work. The farm is muddy in autumn and winter, but is in a beautiful location with views as far as 70 miles and amazing sunsets. There are 2 bathrooms in the farmhouse , with parking available and a place to store bikes if you have one.
I (Alice -38 years old) am running the farm business. I'm looking for someone who is adaptable to living on a working farm, is quiet within the house but is also sociable enough to have a brew or a pint ! The right tenant is welcome to have friends over for a bbq in the garden/courtyard. This is a great spot but needs to fit the right person who loves the countryside and rural life. You will need your own car as the nearest town Malton is 7 miles away. Local village pubs all around within a mile. The room is available until the end of October. I look forward to meeting new house mates.
