The property is a very classic n cosy railway cottage situated on the Coast Road between Saltburn by the Sea and Whitby. It has 500 mb super fast virgin fibre optic broadband which is very good. There are direct express bus routes from outside the cottage to Saltburn Middlesbrough, Whitby, Redcar etc.

The Room is a large double room with bed and wardrobe furniture although you are welcome to bring your own if you want. There is one shared downstairs, dining area kitchen and bathroom with very good power shower.

There is also a covered outside back yard patio area, which any housemate would be welcome to make their own as it does not get used very much.

I work with adults with learning disabilities so tend to work shifts. When not working though am very sociable and enjoy good food conversation and movies of most types.

The house is comfortable, quiet and currently child and pet free so if that interests you get in touch for a chat or viewing. I am off over the weekend or Monday
