Room 1 - A large double bedroom to rent. On the second floor. Currently a double bed and bedside tables, however can have more furniture in the room. Previous lodger had a sofa and tv in the room.

Room 2 - A smaller room, on the first floor, fully furnished - a bed a cupboard space. Shelves in the room.

The kitchen and lounge are shared. There are two bathrooms - the upstairs one (only a shower) can be allocated to both upstairs rooms. The downstairs one has a bath, a that can also be used.

Rent is all inclusive, Council tax, internet, electric, water, gas, tv licence all
Included.

The house has two cats - so no other pets allowed.
