quiet and privacy its there. This is only a monday to friday let with a possibility of a few weekends available or a full time let on a short term basis. I have a beautiful cottage in a small village between york and malton ideally suited to some one who enjoys to come home to peace and quiet and beautiful location' The room is a double with its own sitting room tv and broad band. if you do wish to smoke if you would do as I do and only smoke downstairs. we would only share the kitchen and bathroom, and downstairs cloaks, the sitting room has a tv coffee table dvd player 3 seater leather sofa and large armchair and a kettle if you wish to make yourself a drink, there are some lovely walks and cycling nearby, plus some great country pubs. to the back of the cottage is a lovely patio area which is great for sitting in on an evening and enjoying the views in the summer if you wish to know more please let me know. I am a tidy person and expect anyone who lives with me to be fairly tidy and respect my home this room is available on a mon - friday basis only or if you do need to stay the odd weekend a charge will be made. I would also consider a short time full time let. I also have a little white dog now in the house she is as good as gold very affectionate to everyone and only barks if someone comes to the door, the broadband here is bt infinity so brilliant if you need to work at home.
