2 bed Annex to let

This is a newly refurbished 2 bed cottage with its own kitchen, shower room and utility.
It is an annex to the main farm house where the landlord stays some of the time.
It has its own entrance and the cottage can be locked from the main house.
Bills included
The cottage has a garden and patio.
The property is furnished.
I currently have a single bed in the small bedroom but this can be changed to a double.
There will be a dinning table and chairs.
The house is currently on the market so this let will be on a rolling contract.
Average house sale takes 4 to 5 months which would give you plenty of notice.
You will also have to be prepared for the estate agent to show people around (notice will be given)
