Short distance from GUISBOROUGH centre ,transport links TEESSIDE good , ,cheap for student or working ,probably on own long periods foreign female or from abroad/other area fine .ARTISTS home ,all amenities broadband etc ,longer timescale for right lodger if fitting in, music lover would suite future being away periods and possible take over available of home/accommodation,. nice garden flower path. interested individual flat share for double room all inclusive. NB my daughter is other second lodge so preference to female would be better for a new friend however as stated accommodation is good for one individual on own if preferred after try out to suit acceptable. in due course.
