A spacious, 2-bedroom, fully furnished apartment in the centre of Guisborough in North Yorkshire. Previously ran as a 4-star self catering holiday let, it remains fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is just off the main street and near to the supermarkets, shops, pubs and eating places. The apartment is located above our private healthcare business.

The accommodation has 2 good sized bedrooms. It currently has 1 double bed and 2 single beds but this can be changed to 4 single beds if required. Duvets, pillows and bed linen can also be provided.

The apartment would be particularly suitable for people working away from home as it even has small kitchen appliances such as a kettle, toaster, microwave and items such as cutlery, plates and mugs. A recently fitted bathroom suite has a curved shower bath with glass screen, toilet and basin.

The apartment has a spacious living/dining room with T. V and gas fire. It has gas central heating throughout and a new boiler was installed in March of this year. There is a small, balcony area outdoors and a yard.

Rent is £495 per month for the whole apartment, excluding Council Tax (£137 a month) and utilities. For short-term lets or contractors we can charge an all inclusive fee of £760 a month (includes council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi and T. V license). The minimum tenancy period is 2 months. Payments are made monthly in advance.

There is free on-street parking in the vicinity and a resident parking permit will be provided. Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking indoors.
