Room available to rent

I am a live in Landlord, and am advertising my spare room to rent. I have a double room for a tidy organised individual. The room has a bed, bedside units and a wardrobe in.

My home has a relaxed environment, I am happy to socialise over a glass of wine, and watching tv. However, I have a pretty busy lifestyle, playing netball, and spending time with my family. So looking for likeminded people.

Use of washing machine is available. Bathroom and Kitchen are shared, space in fridge, freezer, and cupboard space available for food. I am happy to share cooking of evening meals. There is also a garden to enjoy a drink in the sunshine in the afternoon.

The ideal lodger would be friendly, clean and tidy, sociable and must be respectful of my home, and willing to share the cleaning of the communal areas.

There is a bus route and train station near by, and town is about a 45 minute walk. There are local shops, takeaways, and pubs within walking distance.
