House in the centre of Harrogate

This is a house share a minute walk to Harrogate town centre with all its shops, restaurant, bars and very close to the train or bus station so easily commutable to Leeds, York or Knaresborough. There is also a large supermarket close by so everything is on the doorstep.

We have available a lovely double bedroom room, which both come fully furnished and has it's own ensuite bathroom. The monthly rent includes ALL BILLS, including superfast broadband, so no gas, electricity, water or council tax to pay.

The house has a lovely modern fully equipped kitchen diner to the furniture in each room! The kitchen includes American style fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils.
