Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a clean respectful and responsible individual to rent my spacious double room it would be ideal for someone working at the hospital as it’s only a seven minute walk away although anyone working full-time days all nights is welcome.

The room includes:
- king size bed with a comfortable mattress,
- two wardrobes
- bedside cupboard
- table and chair
- plenty of storage and space

Please note: the room is for one person only and it’s not suitable for couples.

This is not a shared house. I’m renting out my spare room to help with my mortgage and the rising cost of living. I ask the tenant to be tidy respectful and clean up after themselves.

What’s included:
- all bills included
- minimum three months stay
- 2 weeks rent in advanced is required.

Please note there is no Wi-Fi.
