The house is large but quiet, there are three bathroom/shower rooms, shared kitchen, shared lounge/seating area, back patio area/outdoor seating.

Current tenants are mixed nationality, age range approx. late 20s to late 50s. Equal number of male/female.
Everyone is very friendly and respectful of others, all tenants work, most long hours or shift working so the house is quiet.

Plenty of on street parking available.
