Comfortable newly refurbished double room, double bed with mattress topper, wardrobe, desk and chair. 35 minutes walk into Harrogate town centre but bus links close by. 11 minutes walk to Starbeck train station. Room is downstairs with own private entrance. There is a private shower room and sink, and use of a downstairs toilet which is separate from the room. It is light, modern and spacious. House has broadband wifi and room has TV with all terrestrial channels. All bedding and linen is provided. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

Available 7 days a week.

Although the house is occupied by a family of 3, there is usually only one person around during the week.
