I am a live in professional landlord who is quiet and enjoys cooking and hiking. I have an enhanced DBS check which is on the update service for your peace of mind. I currently work as a teacher. Am happy to share cooking at times or give you space to cook on your own if that is what you prefer. I tend to shower at work and so the bath room would rarely be used by myself on the mornings. Couples allowed but must be quiet and respectful of my space and spend time in their bedroom rather than always in living room. Additional contribution towards bills would be required.
