This upstairs double room with south facing window, is available with sole use of bathroom and breakfast room. TV and large wardrobe in the bedroom. The breakfast room has a small fridge, micro-wave, toaster and kettle for personal use. Washing machine in utility room downstairs, but no dryer other than clothesline and drying rack. The accommodation has its own front door access. Off road parking on the drive for small/medium sized vehicle.

The owner lives on the ground floor. Shared use of kitchen, for meal prep and washing up. Currently there is no dishwashing facilities upstairs other than the bathroom sink but awaiting a plumber to fit small sink in the breakfast room. Would prefer guests to use breakfast room upstairs for eating and working and watching TV in bedroom. Use of ground floor living room for reading/relaxing.
It’s about 5 min walk from shops/cafes/brewery etc.
