Room to Let in Quiet Area

I am renting out my spare room in a bungalow located in a quiet area near Filey. The room is furnished, clean and available now. I will also be living in, so the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden will be shared.
Local amenities include a good bus service, a train station, shops, dentist, pharmacy and pubs of course. Council Tax band is B.

I am looking to share with a professional or student who would be okay living with a cat. Shared cleaning is a must. You will have full use of washing machine, dryer and all other appliances in the property. The area is very quiet, so no loud music and respect for my neighbours is important. No friends or family will be allowed at the property unless prior arrangement with myself.. There is room for parking for a small car.
