Double room with own bathroom

Lovely double room to let in a newly refurbished 4 bedroom house. All brand new carpets, bathrooms, kitchen and freshly painted rooms.
You would have the use of your own huge shower room, plus as there are 2 living areas you could have your own lounge too. The kitchen has a double oven and dishwasher and I have a utility room with a washing machine.
You would be sharing with myself (the owner) plus for 2 nights a week I have my 8 year old daughter. We also have an elderly cat.
You would have use of the driveway or parking outside the house, or if you don't have a car the number 5 bus stops about 2 minutes away to take you into York city centre.
I'd like a female as currently it's an all girl house (including the cat!). Also a quiet person, we are all in bed by 10:30 every night as my daughter is at school and I work full time.
