A single room, available Monday to Friday, in a spacious, light house. Quiet, clean and comfortable household, sharing with one semi -retired female. House bathroom (predominantly sole use) share kitchen. Sunny gardens. No tv but broadband and good mobile reception.
On street parking. 5 minutes walk to town with shops, cafes, pubs, takeaways and supermarket . Near to train and bus stations. Near all amenities but on a quiet Cul de sac with a park nearby.
I have a busy life and am out a number of evenings a week. Grandchildren visit occasionally but usually at weekends and have their own room.
This would suit a professional person, working away from home Monday to Friday. Good transport links.
