Double Bedroom Shared Shower Room with Owner

Bungalow, EV charger, parking on drive, close to town centre. Sharing with retired owner, the property has a shared lounge and a very large kitchen/diner/iiving room (extended recently) so there are two separate living rooms. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and a 3rd bedroom which has been organised to be an office/craft room which can be used by lodger but will be a 'shared' (not at the same time!) room. Also there is a separate loo in addition to the large shower room.

I am a 'Green' person so I have installed solar panels, an air source heat pump and I have an electric car. My home is very warm and should we have power cuts we also have a wood burning stove.

I am a very keen cook and for anyone also keen they will have their own fridge and freezer if they want.

I will pay 'Vorensys'* to screen any potential tenant and therefore if you don't want that please don't contact me.
* Spare room offers Vorensys to do a screening for a fee which I will pay.

I have been doing B&B thorugh airbnb for a while but fancy having a lodger. For me it is important that we get on so the more information you can give me about yourself the better.

I like crime drama, playing board games go out to play bridge several times a week. I enjoy gardening, cooking and eating fine dining meals like tasting menus.

I worked in IT all my life with IBM for 21 years and then as a system test analyst in the mobile phone industry until I retired.
