This is a beautiful and quiet property just 10 minutes from Weatherby and 8 minutes from York.

We have two rooms available. One double room is on the ground floor next to the garden room , (which itself can be used free of charge for Home working if this is convenient).

The second room is on the first floor of the property and is recently decorated and a little bit larger. Both rooms are beautiful and warm and quiet.

We have a large driveway that you’re welcome to park on and can normally offer fresh eggs from our Chickens every morning.

We are happy to have discussions with couples who might want to rent a room, and all of the bills are included in the prices that you see in the advert.

Short term and long-term rents are available and I can video call you for a virtual tour at any time. We have had many lodgers over the years and I’m sure that they would provide references for us! We look forward to hearing from you.
