This is a lovely and quiet property just 10 minutes from Wetherby and 8 minutes from York.
The vacant room is on the first floor of the property (see relevant photos). This room is newly decorated, peaceful, warm and a good size!
We have a large driveway that you’re welcome to park on and can normally offer fresh eggs from our Chickens every morning for your breakfast.
We are happy to have discussions with couples who might want to rent a room, and all of the bills are included in the prices that you see in the advert.
Short term and long-term rents are available and I can video call you for a virtual tour at any time. We have had many lodgers over the years and I’m sure that they would provide references for us!
We realise that from time to time life can become a little bit complicated and so we try and offer a safe and confidential space and help wherever we can.
