Double room in Malton just off Castle Howard road.

The house is located just off Castle Howard Road in a quiet location. Only a 5 min walk into the centre of town. The house has two separate living spaces, a large garden, a garden bar (although I am not a big drinker!) and ample parking. All bills included.

I am looking for a respectful housemate who is social (e. g. would like to share cooking, go to a pub quiz) but also respects peoples space. I have a cat who is a bit of a character but is friendly enough! I like to spend my time outside either playing sport or walking, however I do enjoy a film or a board game.

Ideally short term lets. Would consider longer let for a Monday-Friday renter (rent to be discussed but at a lower rate than advertised).
