I currently live in the property however work in Scotland so will be away during the week and some weekends.
The property has a garden at the back, a large kitchen/living room with a TV.
Each bedroom is furnished, with a double bed and mattress, bedside tables, and blinds and/or curtains.
The kitchen has all white goods, sink, large American fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher
Bathrooms have towel rail, bath and shower, mirror, sink.
The whole house was redecorated in November 2024.

Preferably, flatmates will clean and respectful of other flatmates, no smoking and no pets, no couples.
